December 22, 2006 Elsie, I would like to apologize for the way I spoke to you on the phone the last time we talked. Although I was not directing it, (my anger), toward you personally, I had no right to speak to you the way I did and for that I am extremely sorry. You have been nothing but Patient, kind, soft spoken and most of all very well mannered throughout this whole ordeal. You, the least of anyone, deserved to be lashed out against because you are definitely not one that should have to deal with such behavior above all because you are only the messenger. I can think of so many reasons I was feeling the way that I was that day but none of which give me the right to speak to anyone in the manner I spoke to you. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me, I have not been able to get it out of my mind since. It really hurts me to think that I could be so ugly to you that has done nothing but bend over backwards and jump through hoops and handle yourself in such a caring , professional way. I would like to say just a couple more things, I want you to know that your sweet spirit and loving heart exudes out of you so that you brighten a room when you enter it. I can tell that you love God and it shows through your bright eyes and your sweet calm temperament that you have shown all through this ??? I believe it has been about 5 months ??? you should rest easy knowing you did the best job possible, because you did. July 2, 2005 I want to use this letter to tell anyone who may be interested what a fine job Elsie and Donna did in selling my house in Tow, Texas. Most of the homes in our area are slow to move, because Tow is an out of the way place with little through traffic. In spite of this, these women sold my house almost as soon as it went on the market. They were professional in every way, and watched over every detail, and followed up every step of the way.
